Igor has now done two mortgages for my company. Both north of a million dollars, and as you know its hard to get those done. He knew what needed to be done, was communicative all the way, to make sure we were always up to date as the mortgage application moved through the channel, and we got our approval really quick. I would definitely recommend Mr. Perett next time anyone I know needs a mortgage.
